FDIC – Christian Children’s Dance Festival celebrates presentation at Teatro Grande Otelo in Osasco-SP

On December 6th, the Teatro Grande Otelo in Osasco hosted the 1st Children's Dance Festival (FTD), promoted by the FDIC - Christian Children's Dance Festival, under the theme "Soul and Body". The event was a true spectacle, where little dancers from the Miguel Costa Community shone brightly on stage, demonstrating that talent, dedication and faith have the power to transform lives.

The FDIC was not limited to just an artistic presentation; it was a moment of evangelism and celebration, where art joined with the Word of God to impact children, families and the entire community. This project was born with the mission of bringing hope, dignity and love to others, showing that, with God, everything is possible.

The creator of the FDIC, dance teacher and artistic producer Elaine Catti, created this project based on her experience with children from the Irma Institute in Osasco. By witnessing the traumas and challenges faced by these children, many of which are the result of their parents’ absence due to difficult circumstances, Elaine felt a divine calling to make a difference. Thus, FDIC Alma e Corpo was conceived as a safe space for these children to learn dance and Christian values, promoting a significant change in their lives.

The festival was a milestone of unity and hope, and is an invitation to all who believe in the power of dance and transformation through faith. FDIC Alma e Corpo is a movement that seeks to plant seeds of the Kingdom and inspire new generations through art. We invite everyone to join us on this journey of social transformation, where dance becomes a powerful tool for evangelism and change.

Through this excellently organized show, FDIC Alma e Corpo raises funds that are directly reverted to the families of these children. All ticket sales go to support those most in need, creating a network of sustainable social impact. More than just raising funds, FDIC Soul and Body teaches children that art, guided by faith, can bring dignity, purpose and prosperity to their lives.

“FDIC Soul and Body: A Project of Transformation Through Art and Faith”” is more than a motto; it is a call to all of us who wish to see a better world, where art and spirituality walk hand in hand, bringing light and hope to those who need it most.
