Introduction

The I.R.E.O’s E-Z Initiative will be announced at the State of the World Forum in Salvador,

Brazil on May 27th 2010. On June 10th the Kuwait-hosted inaugural I.R.E.O Exemplar-Zero

Summit will formally launch the pilot-program into the international arena. Selected nations will

be spotlighted and exemplified as they begin an international race toward realizing the world’s

first carbon-zero nations. I.R.E.O Exemplar-Zero will work closely with the selected nations,

both at the industry level and at the government level to introduce and fast-track the leading

technologies, solutions and best-practices available in the world today in this historic drive toward

a fully sustainable future. In November 2010 the IREO E-Z World Summit & Expo will take

place - in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The event will be virtually streamed across the world-wide-web
