Hall, the case that struck down the legislature’s gerrymandered state Senate map just last year. Extreme conservatives are ready to rip up North Carolina's protections against map manipulation and believe they have an ally in the new majority on the state Supreme Court. This is a decision that we’ll be feeling for years. We must be prepared to protect fair maps, no matter how the North Carolina Supreme Court rules.

	It is completely outrageous that a single judge in Texas could effectively ban the most commonly used abortion pill nationwide – including in pro-choice states like my own.  It’s outrageous because these anti-choice extremists argued for decades that a woman’s right to choose is actually a “states' rights” issue, and now they are trying to control women’s bodies in every corner of this country.  If you’re as outraged as I am and ready to fight to protect abortion access from these extremist attacks, then I urgently need you to sign my emergency petition before midnight tonight to defend a woman’s right to choose.
