More than 700 Republican state legislators and candidates backed Donald Trump’s insurrection, promoted his Big Lie, or even attended the Capitol protests on January 6th – and 400 of them made a HUGE mistake. You see, 400 of these candidates are on the ballot between now and November. That’s 400 chances for you, us, and this grassroots team to hold Trump’s allies accountable right now for putting our democracy in danger. It’s a massive undertaking, and that’s why we launched our Stop the Insurrectionists Fund – to defeat as many of Trump’s allies as possible in all 50 states.
As if January 6th wasn’t bad enough, many of these Republicans are STILL working with Trump to try to overturn the 2020 elections through sham “audits” and right-wing conspiracy theories. The GOP will not stand up against lies and insurrection – which means it’s up to us to expose these extremists for what they are between now and Election Day, just a few short weeks away. Let’s show the GOP that we won’t let them get away with this. Chip in today to our Stop the Insurrectionists Fund >>

I'm a proud son of a military family. Both my mother and father served, so I understood from a young age just how big a sacrifice we ask our troops to make.
These sacrifices became even more apparent after the tragedies of September 11, 2001, when hundreds of thousands of brave Americans answered the call to defend their country. I was still pretty young on that tragic morning, but I remember how scary it was when we realized it wasn't an accident and that our country had been attacked. I also remember the incredible outpouring of patriotism across the country, and when I got older, I followed in my parents' footsteps and joined the Army.
I served for four years, including a year in Iraq, and I learned firsthand how challenging it can be to be deployed. There's the everyday danger and hardship, of course, but there's also the sadness you feel when thinking about the important moments back home you're missing. This is an aspect of military service that a lot of people don't fully comprehend, and that's why it's so important that the heroes working hard to protect us know just how deeply we appreciate their sacrifice.
Today, I'm asking you to join me in thanking those who continue to serve and protect our country by signing the USO's thank-you card in honor of the anniversary of September 11 on Sunday. Will you sign now to show the troops defending our country how grateful you are for their service?
SIGN THE CARD The anniversary of 9/11 impacts us all differently, but it holds meaning for every single American. When I was in the Army, it served as a reminder that circumstances could change at a moment's notice — that my unit and I could be called anywhere at any time to defend our country. But I can tell you from personal experience that words of gratitude mean so much to a service member who is facing danger and uncertainty or missing home.
To make sure our troops know how much we appreciate them, the USO set a goal to fill this thank-you card with 181,510 signatures -- one for each service member who enlisted in the year following the September 11 attacks. I hope you will be one of them.
Thank you for being a part of this patriotic community.
