When A.G. Holder helped launch our Anniversary Membership Drive, he said the maps will be put to the test during the midterm elections, but that they are far from being finalized.
He was right! We’re already seeing court decisions that allow maps in states like Alabama and Georgia to possibly be redrawn after the midterm elections in 2023.
This fight isn’t over -- so we decided our Anniversary Membership Drive shouldn’t be over yet either. A.G. Holder challenged 5,000 people to become a 2022 AOTL Member -- will you be one of them?

Friend -- This year, the next decade of our electoral districts will be put to the test during the midterm elections. But maps are far from being finalized.
Republican politicians have launched baseless legal challenges to fair maps, have passed manipulated maps, and are raising millions to help smooth their path to power.
We’re championing fair maps in two ways: By helping voters challenge gerrymandered maps in court while also defending fair maps from map manipulators.
I’ve helped launch the AOTL Anniversary Membership Drive to ensure we can finish strong this redistricting cycle.
If you haven't already become a member, join me in this fight by becoming a 2022 All On The Line Member:

After this year, most maps will be finalized. If we miss our window of opportunity, right-wing politicians will gerrymander maps and enact their extreme policies for at least a decade. And we would have to wait until the 2031 redistricting process to change course!
That’s why I’m calling for 5,000 AOTL supporters to step up right now and become a 2022 All On The Line Member. Your donation will help ensure we have the resources to fight map manipulators and hyper-partisan politicians attempting to gerrymander their way into power.
Will you be one of those 5,000 people, friend? I can’t tell you how much it would mean for your name to be on the list of 2022 All On The Line Members.
Be 1 of the 5,000 donors → -- Eric H. Holder, Jr.

FIRST → Ohio was one of the first states where voters challenged gerrymandered maps and won.
THEN → The Ohio Supreme Court deemed multiple maps unconstitutional.
NOW → Republicans on the state’s redistricting commission adopted another set of gerrymandered legislative maps last week and just proposed a gerrymandered congressional map today.Today, Republicans proposed a gerrymandered congressional map -- just days before the state's candidate filing deadline on Friday.
This gerrymandered map would manipulate district lines in an attempt to limit competition and dilute the voting power of communities of color.
This is the kind of map manipulation we’ve seen in states redrawing maps. As All On The Line supports voters around the country, will you donate to support our work?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: DONATE $15 DONATE $35 DONATE $50 DONATE $100 DONATE $250 Another Amount Here’s a recap of three things we know Republicans on the Ohio Redistricting Commission are willing to do for gerrymandered maps ⬇️
❌ IGNORE constitutional redistricting reforms passed by voters
❌ DISREGARD deadlines and run out the clock
❌ REFUSE to work across the aisle by drawing maps behind closed doors and without any input from their Democratic colleaguesWe cannot let map manipulation like this go unchecked! Make a donation to All On The Line right now to help fight for fair maps.

A new CNN opinion piece gets right to the point about gerrymandering: Is Republicans’ attempt to squash the political power of Black voters extremely disturbing? Yes. Should you lose hope? NO! Because the NDRC is pushing hard to END Republican gerrymandering, and our strategy is working! (Help us keep it up >>) ★ The Washington Post reports that “Surprisingly, there has been a redistricting turnaround” But we could really use your support – so please, will you pitch in right away to help us keep up this CRITICAL work?
