- GETTING HERE - Lollapalooza takes place in Grant Park in the heart of downtown Chicago. Be sure to check out our Getting Here help pages to find your way to the festival grounds.
- BOX OFFICE - Pick up your tickets starting Wednesday, 8/2 at the Lolla Box Office! Check out the Box Office Hours and be sure to have your ticket confirmation receipt (with barcode) ready to expedite your pick-up process.
- ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS - Each person and their belongings are subject to search. Please review our Bag Policy and Allowed & Prohibited Items before heading to the festival.

Football in
recognition by Marcos Rodrígues- Magu.
Magu, an former soccer
player who played as a striker, received a "Laurea Cora Coralina"
commendation at an event promoted by the Sciences, Letters and Arts Academy
from Brazil Magu was one of the promises of Timão's juniors, was champion in
the professional Corinthian shirt, club he defended between 1982 and 1983. Born
in Maceió-AL, where he was born on October 31, 1962.
Magu was revealed in
the club's youth categories and promoted to the main squad in 1982. In all,
there were 23 games and two goals with Timão's shirt. BarcelonaECU, União da
Madeira (POR), Louletano (POR) and Caldense, where he ended his career, in 1994
Football businessman
currently sold 1 Brazilian player in Ukraine Brandão and was
president of the Barbarense Union 2004 and Indaiatuba spring 2007-2008 .
In his first game for
Corinthians, the 19-year-old player started the match between the starters and
scored the Corinthians goal in the 1-1 draw against Portuguesa, in a match
valid for the 1982 Tournament of Champions. Magu left his mark on his debut for
the club, showing his talent and skill.
The "Laurea Cora
Coralina" commendation received by Magu is recognition for his
contribution to Brazilian football and his time at Corinthians. The player left
his mark on the club's history and is still remembered by the fans. The event
was attended by the striker's international guests, including: reporter Ivan
Trivinho - DOLO tv and Joana Maquilon, manager Estadio Monumental BARCELONA,
lawyer and manager of the Barcelona stadium
The Academy of
Sciences, Letters and Arts of Brazil demonstrates, with this initiative, the
importance of valuing and recognizing the talents of Brazilian sport. Marcos
Rodrígues - Magu is an example of a player who left his mark on football and
deserves to be honored for his life dedicated to sport and philanthropy.
