Women Who Transform – by Rosita Cavenaghi.

Launched in 2023 by curator, gallerist, and art manager Rosita Cavenaghi, the *Mulheres que Transformam* exhibition was created to highlight the female presence in the art world and give visibility to women who find in art a powerful form of expression, resistance, reinvention, and transformation.

Since its inaugural edition, the exhibition has been conceived as a space for connection, dialogue, and recognition, bringing together diverse backgrounds, generations, and artistic mediums. Painting, sculpture, photography, embroidery, textile art, and other forms of expression intertwine to reveal stories, feelings, memories, and experiences that reflect the richness and plurality of the female universe.

The exhibition’s name itself captures the project's essence: women who transform matter into art, experiences into narratives, and challenges into new possibilities. These are artists who, through their creative processes, also transform themselves and awaken new perceptions in everyone who encounters their work.

Conceived by Rosita Cavenaghi—a prominent figure in the art market—*Mulheres que Transformam* goes beyond the traditional concept of a group exhibition. The project has established itself as an initiative that fosters inclusion, appreciation, recognition, and the strengthening of female artistic production, creating connections among artists, the public, curators, collectors, and professionals from various fields.

With a career dedicated to art and to building bridges between artists and the public, Rosita Cavenaghi brings together extensive experience as an art manager, curator, and gallerist. After years of working in the art market, she founded Art_a3 Gallery, expanding her efforts to champion both established artists and emerging talent, while developing curatorial projects that bring people, stories, and diverse artistic expressions closer together.

Over the course of its editions, *Mulheres que Transformam* has broadened its scope of representation and strengthened its identity as a project committed to celebrating art created by women. In 2026, marking its fourth edition, the exhibition reaffirms its mission to celebrate talent, reveal new narratives, and recognize the power of female creativity.

More than just showcasing artworks, the exhibition invites the public to feel, reflect, and connect with diverse stories and perspectives. It is an encounter with women who transform the way we see, as well as matter, memory, and life itself, through art.

Because art transforms. Voices transform. And when women occupy spaces—creating, expressing, and sharing their stories—new possibilities are born.

Social Action Brings Together Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Public Managers in Santo Amaro

An evening gathering held on September 15 at GD Arena Show, in Santo Amaro, São Paulo, brought together representatives of associations, entrepreneurs, public managers and social leaders around initiatives focused on social impact and new partnerships.

The night of September 15 was marked by dialogue, the presentation of projects and the search for new partnerships aimed at contributing to the quality of life of the population in São Paulo.

The event took place at GD Arena Show, located at Rua Rui Raizama, No. 42, Santo Amaro, São Paulo, bringing together representatives from different sectors of society interested in developing initiatives with social and institutional impact.

Among the participants was Arthur de Souza Neto, Vice President of the International Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Culture and Tourism – Equatorial Guinea and Amazon Region, who took part in discussions involving institutional cooperation, culture, social responsibility and closer connections between private initiatives and projects of public interest.

Another highlight was the participation of Elza, entrepreneur and founder of Somnus Colchões, who presented a proposal in the healthcare sector involving the development and supply of high-technology hospital mattresses designed for stretchers in São Paulo's public hospitals.

The proposal seeks to offer a technological solution designed to improve comfort and conditions for patients during their stay in public healthcare facilities.

The WORLD ART SHOW Brasil Association was represented by its founder, Sula Costa, reinforcing the importance of culture, art and social initiatives as instruments for inclusion and transformation.

The organization has been developing projects that connect art, education, culture and social action, bringing initiatives closer to communities and creating opportunities for collaboration among different sectors.

Also attending was Everaldo de Andrade, known as “the happiest taxi driver in São Paulo,” who recently received the title of Commander of Public Relations from ACLAB – Academy of Sciences, Letters and Arts of Brazil, in recognition of his trajectory and activities.

The gathering also included the participation of Renata Abreu and Fábio Faria, as well as other leaders and representatives from different sectors.

More than a social gathering, the meeting was conceived as an opportunity to connect people, projects and institutions, creating possibilities for innovative ideas and social initiatives to move forward and reach the community.

The central purpose was to strengthen a network of cooperation among associations, entrepreneurs, public managers and civil-society leaders, demonstrating how collaboration between different sectors can contribute to the development of new social solutions.

In Santo Amaro, the evening concluded with a message of collaboration: when different sectors of society come together around a shared social purpose, new possibilities for transformation can emerge.
