Sula,

Right now, states are bracing for an unprecedented escalation in the Department of Justice’s crusade to suppress voters and spread distrust in our electoral process.

The DOJ is demanding full, unredacted voter roll data — including sensitive information like your driver’s license number and social security number — to share with the Department of Homeland Security. When states refuse to turn over this data, the DOJ is suing them; in 2025 alone, the DOJ filed lawsuits against 21 states and D.C.

States are putting up a fight against this craven attack on our electoral process. Both Republicans and Democrats have pushed back on this illegal and intrusive power grab by the federal government to control our elections.

But the DOJ is threatening to sue any state that does not comply with its demands, and this fight will only intensify as we approach the 2026 midterms.

Your donation to Redistricting Action will support the grassroots movement defending our democracy from these brazen assaults. Give today so we can continue exposing anti-democracy forces and shore up our electoral process from those who seek to destroy it.

Despite vanishingly little evidence that noncitizens can cast votes, the DOJ is weaponizing this data to spread false claims of election fraud that sow doubt in our democracy.

This has nothing to do with ensuring integrity in our elections. It is simply another attempt by Trump and his allies to undermine state authority over elections so that they can sweep in and keep their grip on power.

It’s a shocking reversal of the DOJ’s historical legacy of protecting voting rights, particularly for marginalized groups that have been excluded from our electoral process for far too long.

Help us continue to defend voters' rights and ensure every voice is heard in our democracy without fear of intimidation.

Thank you for standing up for our democracy in this moment.

Gov. Shapiro Portrait

If you know me, you know that my work as Governor is guided by three letters: GSD.

We’re focused on getting sh*t done.

I’m reaching out to ask you to support our collective efforts to keep getting stuff done in Pennsylvania.

Before I ask you to invest $7 to fund the DLCC’s work, let me tell you why this moment matters:

Right now, Democrats hold the majority in the Pennsylvania House by just one seat, making the Commonwealth one of the most competitive battleground states in the nation.

With the help of $3 million in investments from the DLCC and grassroots supporters like you, Democrats have defended this slim majority in nine majority-deciding special elections since 2023. I’m pretty damn proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

But the work isn’t done. In just a few months, our majority in the state House is at stake, as Democrats must win two special elections. The outcome of these races will shape the future of so many of the issues we have fought so hard for here in Pennsylvania.

The stakes are high, and the DLCC will need your support every step of the way to defend our progress in states like Pennsylvania this year. Can you chip in $7 today? I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important.

I’ve never won an election on my own. Each and every time, I’ve had a core group of supporters behind me – folks like you who know that a better government and a better future are possible.

Today and every day, the DLCC and I are humbled and grateful for your continued support. It means a great deal to us to have you on the team.

Josh

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson CALLED OUT extremist Supreme Court Justices for putting money over people!

This Court…is already viewed by many as being overly sympathetic to corporate interests.

She’s right – corrupt justices on the Supreme Court are doing Trump’s bidding at the expense of everyday Americans.

A brand new study even proved her point, revealing that Republican-appointed justices are far more likely than Democratic appointees to rule in favor of policies that favor wealthy parties.

It's clear the Supreme Court needs a code of ethics ASAP. So we’re demanding Congress pass a Supreme Court ethics code to address corruption within the Supreme Court. Sign our petition: Demand Congress pass a Supreme Court code of ethics >>

Trump’s extremist Supreme Court Justices have gone off the rails – not only are they chipping away at our Constitutional rights with every AWFUL decision they hand down, they’re completely corrupt!

Between Clarence Thomas accepting lavish gifts from GOP donors and Samuel Alito refusing to recuse himself from cases related to January 6th (despite his wife flying flags used by the insurrectionists) these Justices are only concerned with doing Trump’s bidding and enriching themselves.

We can’t let this corrupt court continue to chip away at our rights. They MUST be held accountable! Join us to demand Congress pass a Supreme Court code of ethics NOW >>
