IREO is an intergovernmental organization formed through a Constituting Treaty by the Official Member States that agreed to form a Collaborative Intergovernmental Cooperative Free Agreement. The agreement seeks to promote the use of sustainable renewable energy technologies via international cooperation. IREO Adheres to the Directives Associated with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961.

IREO has de facto status within the UN and the USA. Its Multilateral Treaty is submitted for registration under Article 102 of the United Nations Charter. IREO has submitted a petition for inclusion as an Intergovernmental Observer to the UN General Assembly in 2009.
IREO operates in support of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals, under the rules and regulations of the United Nations. IREO's existence, by virtue of the constituting treaty, is validated by the signatory member-states who maintain oversight regarding our operations.

Nesta sexta foi disputada a 1ª rodada da 1ª etapa Nacional G2 do Circuito HAIKAR HONDA 2010

No aprazível Clube da OAB em Aparecida de Goiânia com atletas vindos de cinco estados - SP, MG, MS, DF e GO foram jogados ontem os encontros da 1ª rodada.

Fizeram-se representar atletas Goianos das seguintes cidades e Clubes - Itumbiara ( Clube dos 50), Rio Verde ( Clube Campestre), Minaçu ( Clube da SAMA), Anápolis ( CRA), Nerópolis ( Pousada do Monjolo), Aparecida de Goiânia ( Country), Goiânia ( Clube Jaó)
