All On The Line
One of the biggest threats to democracy is indifference. In fact, the folks who manipulate and distort electoral maps depend on the inaction of voters. Voter suppression, gerrymandered districts -- these are all tools bad-faith politicians use to try to silence your voice and discourage you from engaging in the political process.

And now, as a public health crisis has magnified the obstacles too many face to vote, we're seeing attempts to further obstruct election reforms that would make voting safer, fairer, and more accessible.

Voter suppression cannot go unchallenged. We need folks from places like Raleigh, El Paso, and New York to choose action over indifference.

You can start by donating to All On The Line to help fund their critical advocacy for common-sense election reform. All On The Line will also help you connect directly with your members of Congress so that you can tell them that you support solutions like expanding vote-by-mail, early-vote, and online voter registration.

We know the path to progress is not a straight line, and it's never easy. But every 10 years, we have a chance to change the trajectory of our country through the redistricting process. If we want fair maps, we need to protect the right and ability to vote.

The stakes are high and the consequences of indifference will last a decade. That's a long time to look back and wish we'd have done more. Can I count on you to choose action, Sula?

All On The Line is the grassroots advocacy campaign supported by the National Redistricting Action Fund. Support our work to end gerrymandering.

When the Roberts Court ruled that federal courts could not place limits on partisan gerrymandering, Justice Kagan provided a forceful dissent. In truth, the conservative justices' logic was absurd.
For the first time in this nation's history, the majority declares that it can do nothing about an acknowledged constitutional violation. -- Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan
But at the NDRC, we never depended on one court or one case to move our work forward. That's why we were able to keep pushing our multi-pronged strategy to end gerrymandering:
➔ Helping to win a ton of elections in 2019 (and one in Wisconsin in 2020!)
➔ Continuing to educate voters and leaders about the importance of fair redistricting.
➔ And now, building on our scope of work to take on Republican voter suppression.
But what happens next depends on you. Our end-of-month deadline hits at midnight -- will you help us fight for fair elections in 2020 and secure equitable maps in 2021?
