| Kenny Peng has worked in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical engineering across North America and Asia, is currently also the Executive VP. and Managing Director, of PharmEng Asia. His regulatory Affairs experiences run across managing multi-billion dolor compliance projects (dossier management) for big pharmaceutical company mergers, bringing new products in the market up to post approval activities. Mr. Peng built a business in regulatory affairs and engineering assisting companies around the world breaking into complex pharmaceutical regulations in Asia, assisting pharmaceutical manufacturers in designing and building modern pharmaceutical facilities. He has worked with many multinational companies within the industry including pre-clinical, clinical, commercial phases, innovation, development manufacturing, and supply chain lifecycle phases. He started his career in biomedical sensor design prior to entering the consulting industry, with pharmaceutical equipment and facility design, and subsequently validation where he led multiple technology transfer projects from North America to Southeast Asia. He has 15 years of experiences including design, build, commission, qualify, and validate facilities in Canada, US, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, and China. |

| Dr.Sirasak Teparkum is the CEO of Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS) which aims to drive Thailand as the leader of life science industry in ASEAN and promote life science industry to be one of the top ten highest industry by 2027. He has joined TCELS since 2016 as a Deputy CEO, responsible for research and innovation department including four programs, Bio-Pharmaceutical & Regenerative Medicine Program, Natural Product and Cosmeceutical Program, Medical Device and Medical Robotic Program, and Medicopolis Program. Dr. Sirasak Teparkum had long experience of various technology transfer projects related to nanotechnology translational research, creating both income and economic impacts to Thailand more than seven billion Baht (7,000 Million Baht) and had experiences in top executive management at the national research center including chief of editor of books and journals. |

We bring together a prestigious group of experts from practice and academia to explore the evolution of Supreme Court procedures. Our panelists will present an overview of how the court functioned before the pandemic, and then explore how the court has modernized to monitor and respond to current demands and challenges. Finally, the panelists will analyze specific cases adjudicated by the Supreme Court of Brazil in a new format and prospects for the future.
