Friend – I was just reviewing a polling analysis James Carville and Paul Begala sent over on our must-win Senate race in Nevada. I want to share a few key takeaways with you:
The first is that we have to keep our momentum going in this race. Polling shows me trailing by 1 point to my Trump-endorsed opponent. This is after months of polls showing me behind by 3, so what we’re doing is working, but it’s not enough. Ballots in my race are dropping in a few short weeks, so we’re running out of time to pull ahead.
With our razor-thin Democratic Senate majority on the line, I am urgently asking for your help, friend: Can I count on you to rush $5 before my midnight fundraising deadline to help me keep Nevada and the Senate blue? My team says we need to raise another $8,805 before midnight to hit our goal, and I need your help to do it!
With Mitch MConnell and his allies spending $34 million on attack ads to defeat me, it’s never been more important for loyal Democrats like you to step up and help me fight back. We have the momentum going in this race, that’s why the GOP is desperately trying to drown us out with attack ads.
I need you in this fight, friend.
¡La lucha sigue! The fight continues!
Catherine
P.S. One point James emphasized that I think is critical: FIVE election forecasters – including CNN and The Cook Political Report – have named me the most vulnerable senator up for reelection, so grassroots support for this race in particular is absolutely essential. It would mean the world to me if you could chip in a donation of $5 or whatever you can spare to help me protect this seat and our Democratic Senate majority.

Friend, my work in the Senate is guided by the timeless and powerful Jewish principle of Tikkun Olam – which means to repair and improve the world. So today, I want to take just a moment to share a little bit more about my faith with you.
I am the proud granddaughter of Jewish immigrants. From a young age, my family taught me the values of hard work, determination, and persistence – and I learned how Jewish women have been holding our communities together and taking a stand against injustice from the time of the Torah to today.
Now, as both the third Jewish woman Senator in U.S. history, and the only former synagogue president in the U.S. Senate, I'm proud to carry these values with me in everything I do to serve Nevada and our country.
And in this present moment, we're facing no shortage of issues – many of which directly impact women and the Jewish community. From growing antisemitism to attacks on abortion rights, to attacks on our very democracy, I know it's my duty to respond with clear resolve and a commitment to social justice.
If we truly want to repair the world, then it’s up to all of us to come together, roll up our sleeves, and do the repairing.
There is so much work ahead of us to make this nation better – for ourselves and for future generations. So if the principle of Tikkun Olam resonates with you – if you're with me in the fight to make real progress for our country – I hope you'll chip in $5 or more today to help me continue this critical work in the Senate.
When everybody stands firm and does their part to help better this world, we can move mountains to make positive change happen. Thank you, friend, for joining us.
Jacky
