Friend – I was just reviewing a polling analysis James Carville and Paul Begala sent over on our must-win Senate race in Nevada. I want to share a few key takeaways with you:   The first is that we have to keep our momentum going in this race. Polling shows me trailing by 1 point to my Trump-endorsed opponent. This is after months of polls showing me behind by 3, so what we’re doing is working, but it’s not enough. Ballots in my race are dropping in a few short weeks, so we’re running out of time to pull ahead. So today, I want to take just a moment to share a little bit more about my faith with you. I am the proud granddaughter of Jewish immigrants. From a young age, my family taught me the values of hard work, determination, and persistence – and I learned how Jewish women have been holding our communities together and taking a stand against injustice from the time of the Torah to today. Now, as both the third Jewish woman Senator in U.S. history, and the only former synagogue president in the U.S. Senate, I'm proud to carry these values with me in everything I do to serve Nevada and our country. And in this present moment, we're facing no shortage of issues – many of which directly impact women and the Jewish community. From growing antisemitism to attacks on abortion rights, to attacks on our very democracy, I know it's my duty to respond with clear resolve and a commitment to social justice. 	We did it, friend: I'm officially the Democratic nominee in Florida's critical Senate race, and it's all thanks to the overwhelming support of this grassroots team. This is a massive step forward in our movement to flip Florida blue, but the road ahead will be the toughest yet – with recent polls showing Marco Rubio and me tied heading into the general election, we can WIN. My road to this moment – to winning Florida's Senate primary – was not easy, and there won't be anything easy about defeating Marco Rubio in November.
