Samba Show with Chocolatte de Vila Maria and Almizinho Serra.

 On the last August 12th, the Edifício Itália in São Paulo was the stage for an unforgettable samba circle with Chocolatte, his band and Almirzinho Serra. The event, which took place on the eve of Father's Day, opened with the talented singer Natalia Pavan, who enchanted the audience with her remarkable voice and her repertoire of traditional samba.

 

Then Chocolatte presented an impeccable repertoire with the band that has been with him for 10 years. Almirzinho Serra did not leave anything to be desired, complementing a traditional samba in a cheerful afternoon with open food.

 

Chocolatte da Vila Maria, a Brazilian musician who has just released his biography "The fantastic story and Chocolatte", in difficult times, shortly after losing his friend, the late singer Beth Carvalho with whom he claims to have had the honor of having worked for 10 years .

 

 

The musician has just received honors from the Academy of Sciences, Letters and Arts of Brazil, in a laurel that celebrates Cora Coralina. The same Academy decorated him as the Samba Ambassador of Peace, on this last day, 28.07, in the city of Iracemápolis - SP.

The event was attended by friends, artists and opinion makers. The ambience of the space was up to Denise Rangel, who created a welcoming and intimate environment for the samba circle. The decor was carefully thought out to ensure that guests felt comfortable and could make the most of the unique experience that this samba night was. The strategic partnership and ticket sales were handled by Bilheteria.com, who worked to ensure that tickets were sold safely and efficiently. The realization of the event was a partnership between Terrazza San Paolo and M.I.L - Music is Life.

 

No palco, Chocolatte, sua banda e Almirzinho Serra deram um show à parte, com um repertório repleto de clássicos do samba e músicas autorais que animaram o público do início ao fim. O clima de descontração e alegria tomou conta do ambiente, com todos os presentes cantando e dançando ao som do samba.

 

Ao final, todos os presentes saíram satisfeitos e felizes por terem participado de uma noite tão especial e memorável. A roda de samba de Chocolatte, sua banda e Almirzinho Serra foi um verdadeiro sucesso e ficará marcada na memória de todos que estiveram presentes.

 Cris Furtado is awarded a silver medal at Circolo Italiano in Sao Paulo

 

Cris Furtado is awarded with a silver medal in Mostra at Circolo Italiano in Sao Paulo. Fine Art- Cris  Furtado has just received yet another important award in her career. This time, the artist was awarded a silver medal in the acrylic painting on canvas category at Expo Brasil Expressões, an event held at Círculo Italiano in São Paulo, from June 23rd to July 30th.

 

The exhibition was curated by Valkiria Iacocca and was organized by renowned artist Muriah Brasil. The award is yet another recognition of the talent and creativity of Cris Furtado, who is an artist from Goiás based in Brasília.

 

The exhibition had a relevant Judging Committee, with significant names in the world of art such as Oscar d Ambrósio, art critic and curator, José Henrique Fabre Rolim, art critic and former president of APCA (Association of Art Critics) and Chico Cortez , art critic and curator , forming a competent and highly regarded jury in the art world.

 

With a unique and innovative style, Cris Furtado has conquered space in the national and international art scene. His works are marked by the expressiveness of the colors and the originality of the strokes, which convey emotion and sensitivity to the viewer.

 

The silver medal received at Expo Brasil Expressões is further proof of the talent and dedication of the artist Cris Pires Furtado, who continues to delight the public with her works and conquering more and more space in the art world.

Fashionista receives honor for projects to encourage black awareness in Brazil.

Renowned Bahian fashionist Sandro Santos was honored by ACLAB - Academia de Ciências, Letras e Artes do Brasil, receiving the award at an event held on the last july 20th Iracemápolis’s city. The honor was granted in recognition of Sandro Santos' work in favor of fashion and culture, as well as for his engagement in a social project that promotes haute couture and professional training courses, encouraging black awareness in Brazil.

 

Sandro Santos is one of the main names in Brazilian fashion, with a career marked by originality and daring. His work has been recognized both in Brazil and abroad, and has been an important reference for Afro-Brazilian fashion.

 

In addition to his career as a fashionista, Sandro Santos has been dedicated to a social project that offers courses in haute couture and professional training for young people and adults from underprivileged communities, encouraging social inclusion and the appreciation of Afro-Brazilian culture.

 

The honor received by ACLAB is further proof of the recognition of the work of Sandro Santos, who has stood out not only for his creativity and talent, but also for his commitment to promoting culture and social inclusion.
