Money talks and you should have your ears wide open.

It’s no secret compensation plays an important role in attracting and retaining top talent. And it seems as if SMB leaders are stuck in an endless cycle of adjusting and readjusting compensation plans to keep up with changing employee and business demands.

Between balancing issues like remote and hybrid work schedules, a stronger focus on equitable pay, and growth in specific industries, you’re facing compensation challenges like never before.

Sula -- The foundation of majority rule and representative democracy may soon be over.

A new study revealed that conservatives could gain up to 13 seats in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas -- four of our target states -- solely by gerrymandering the maps after the Census Bureau releases redistricting data -- which is imminent.

Obstructionists like Texas Congressman Ronny Jackson have already admitted that this is the plan to take back power: “We have redistricting coming up, and the Republicans control most of that process in most of the states around the country. That alone should get us the majority back."

All On The Line is investing in these states -- and in ones all across the country -- to ensure plans to manipulate maps like Ronny Jackson’s fail. But we need your help to get it done.

Make a donation of any amount and help us ensure our elected officials are picked by voters in fair elections with fair maps.

There’s no way around this hard truth: If map manipulators gerrymander enough districts this redistricting cycle, anti-democracy legislators will hold a majority in the House after the next election. That means district distorters will have the opportunity to codify their unpopular policies into law and roll back progress on the issues we all care about.

Election expert Ari Berman said: “A party that took power through anti-democratic means could then dramatically escalate its effort to subvert American democracy.” But the story of democracy doesn’t have to end this way.

The Census Bureau has yet to release its data -- and the next sets of maps are not yet finalized. We still have time to shape our democracy.

If you make a donation right now, it will go toward helping us end gerrymandering this redistricting cycle and ensuring voters can elect leaders who represent them. Will you pitch in to fund our fight?

Since the ruthless gerrymandering we witnessed across the country in 2011, conservative politicians in some states have seen how effective their cocktail of restrictive voting laws and rigged maps can be. --Virginia Senator Tim Kaine
It’s heartbreaking and unacceptable that we once again find ourselves fighting the battles of the last two centuries. Today’s voting restrictions are no different from the Jim Crow past... --Secretary Hillary Clinton
Ending gerrymandering can help break the cycle of politicians consolidating power at the expense of voters. And we’re approaching a key moment in this fight to end gerrymandering -- we are just weeks away from the Census Bureau releasing redistricting data.--New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand
Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, Secretary Hillary Clinton, and New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand understand that our democracy is under attack and that we need to take action now.

All On The Line is working to end gerrymandering and fighting for fair elections. Help us put power into the hands of the people!

Can we count on you to make a donation right now to help power our plans for fairness?

This Wednesday, my favorite guy is turning the big 6-0. I’ve been kicking around a few gift ideas for him, and there’s one that I’d really like you to be a part of.

I’m asking you, Sula, to help us celebrate Barack’s 60th birthday by chipping in $6 or $60 to help bring the Obama Presidential Center to life and support the young leaders it will empower.

Or you can simply tell us how you’ve spent 60 minutes—maybe even just 60 seconds—giving back to your community over the last year and a half.

Maybe you lent a hand to a neighbor in need. Maybe you helped your favorite local business stay open through pandemic closures. Maybe you took action to keep your communities safe and healthy. Big or small, I know Barack would love to hear from you.

So I hope you’ll help make his 60th birthday one he’ll never forget.

For as long as I’ve known him, Barack has always loved hearing about the good work folks are doing to make a positive impact—and, some things never change. In this case, that’s a very good thing.

—Michelle
