The city of São Paulo will gain a new mobility option dedicated to leisure and the promotion of cultural life on Sundays. The city hall announced the launch of the “Paulistar” route, composed of three new free bus lines that will operate from 8 am to 7 pm, integrated into the Zero Fare program — already responsible for transporting more than 277 million passengers free of charge since its creation.
With themed routes, the new service aims to facilitate public access to museums, parks, and cultural centers, strengthening urban tourism and promoting a more connected experience between the city's regions.
Paulistar 1 – Culture in Motion
Dedicated to the main cultural venues, the Paulistar 1 line will connect spaces such as the Museum of the Portuguese Language, the Municipal Theater, the Pinacoteca of São Paulo, in addition to passing through traditional neighborhoods such as Liberdade and Bixiga, marked by diversity and the cultural identity of São Paulo.
Paulistar 2 – Parks Route
Focused on nature and well-being, Paulistar 2 will connect some of the city's most important parks. The route includes Ibirapuera Park, Aclimação Park, and Independence Park, where the Ipiranga Museum is located, allowing families and visitors to move more easily between these green spaces.
Paulistar 3 – Leisure and Avenida Paulista
Focusing on urban leisure, Paulistar 3 will depart from Pacaembu and continue to the Avenida Paulista region, with strategic stops near MASP, Casa das Rosas, and Japan House, three iconic points of São Paulo's cultural scene.
The initiative reinforces the city hall's commitment to democratizing access to culture, leisure, and transportation, offering São Paulo residents new ways to experience the city at no cost—and also stimulating local tourism on Sundays.

Kovak & Vieira is a contemporary art gallery founded in early 2023 by Mariana Vieira. Focusing on accessibility and plurality, the gallery has been holding individual and collective exhibitions with different languages and media. The concept of Kovak & Vieira stems from long reflections on what art represents for all of us and its transformative power. The idea is that art communicates and serves as a treatment for what we all have in common: the soul. It is with these guidelines that the gallery maintains an observant and encouraging characteristic of the world around it, recognizing what is new in artistic talents.
